Leading in a culture of change


Seven days over 12-15 months.

Training Outcomes:

  • Consider what creates successful change and the helps/ hinders of change leadership skills required to lead a change initiative.
  • What skills people require during a change process.
  • Examination of three change models based on the research of leading an initiative.
  • Presenting/reflecting an on-going change initiative to small groups.
  • Developing and leading a change initiative.
  • Taking part in a cooperative team that will prepare and share different learning from their reading each time their group meets.
  • The program has been developed to balance process and content meaning that not only will participants be exposed to and engage with information but also different ways to engage the people they are or will be leading.

All education staff who are involved in leading change in their establishment.
